HARO: Independent sales representatives (m/w/d)
Known for pioneering the birth of the freestyle movement in the early 80s, Haro Bikes quickly developed into a global presence with storied roots in its competitive cycling DNA.
Today Haro embarks on a new journey forward, one focused on cutting-edge development and industry-leading design, producing bikes designed by riders for riders who want something innovative, progressive and a step above.
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for independent sales representatives (m/w/d) to support our European team in building our business and brands in Europe.
Your responsibilities include following key areas:
- Developing and maintaining the existing dealer network
- Proactive expansion of the dealer base in cooperation with the head office
- Responsibility for the realization of sales targets
- Build and maintain knowledge of our technologies and products.
- Increase brand awareness among existing dealers
- Supporting the coordination of projects and the planning of local events
- Analyzing trends and developments in the market to identify areas for new development
- Collaborate and maintain a regular dialogue with the HARO team
Your qualifications and requirements:
- Experience as an independent sales representative and a good network in the bike industry
- Proven success in achieving sales targets for premium brand bicycles in independent bike shops
- Knowledge of the bicycle industry and in particular the premium markets for Road, MTB, Gravel, BMX and E-Bikes
- Ability to communicate company information to dealers in a positive and informative manner
- Ability to validate and communicate insights on sales and market trends to our dealer network
- Willingness to travel and ability to be on the road for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills even in more stressful situations
- Fluency in the English language
We are looking especially in the following regions:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, UK, BeNeLux and Eastern Europe
